When you request a quote, we collect your name, house size, city and phone number. When you leave a review, we collect your name, star rating and review text. For spam prevention we also store a random identifier kept in your browser and a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address with each review. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
We use your quote details only to contact you, confirm your appointment and provide the cleaning service. Reviews are shown on this website so other customers can read them. The browser identifier and scrambled network address are used only to limit spam and repeated reviews.
Quote details are sent to our business email and opened in WhatsApp. They are handled by the form service we use to deliver email (Web3Forms) and by WhatsApp. Reviews are stored with our website host, Cloudflare. The review form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is not a bot. We do not sell your information.
Anything you write in a review, including the name you enter, is visible to everyone who visits the site. Please do not include private information in a review.
We keep quote details only as long as needed to provide the service and for our business records. Reviews stay on the site until we remove them.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including a review you posted. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.
